The NorthForest T29FHC firewood processor is designed for woodland owners, farms that heat with wood, and small firewood sellers who want more cutting capacity while keeping the machine easy to use and affordable. With a cutting capacity of up to about 20 inches in diameter, the T29FHC handles larger logs and cuts firewood lengths from 10 to 21 inches, giving you the versatility you need for stove and furnace wood.

Powered by a gas engine with an electric starter, the T29FHC starts reliably, even in Canadian winter. Its splitter comes with a standard 4-way wedge (a 6-way wedge is optional) and splits in about 7 seconds, even with tougher wood. The Parker hydraulic saw motor with a 22-inch bar and automatic chain oiler, the log clamp, the hydraulic wedge height adjustment and the conveyor are all fully hydraulic, so one operator can run the whole process simply and safely.

Equipped with a heavy-duty steel chain infeed and a folding, height-adjustable outfeed conveyor, the T29FHC sends your splits straight to a pile, tote or trailer. Add the optional hydraulic live deck to feed 16-ft logs without lifting them by hand, or the stand-alone 20-ft conveyor to reach high trailers. With a road-legal kit available for highway towing, the T29FHC goes wherever you need it, from your woodlot to your customer’s yard.

Easy maintenance

Grease the conveyor bearings, retighten bolts after the first hours, change the engine oil on schedule, use AW32 hydraulic oil only (other oils can void the warranty), and keep the chain sharp.
